Return shipping costs will be covered by Nutratress in cases of wrong or damaged products. For change-of mind exchanges, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the product for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges
